The collapse of the interstellar gate
With the start of the century clock, the second expedition team began to conduct in-depth research on mineral and fuel reserves, and recorded any non intelligent organisms discovered during the exploration of new fields. One day, a botanical expert stumbled upon a bioluminescent forest that glows even during daylight hours on his way to the designated destination. Out of curiosity, she hurriedly glanced towards the edge of the forest and was shocked by the numerous glowing plants and fungi. Due to the dense vegetation, she decided to return to the base and prepare appropriate teams and equipment for further investigation of the forest. However, just as she was preparing to leave with her back to the forest, she heard a sudden rustling sound, which contrasted sharply with the peaceful scenery and still air around her. She quickly turned around and found a pair of curious eyes looking back at her. She didn't feel scared, but was comforted by the creature's friendly glowing appendage. This encounter lasted only a few seconds, and the creature quickly disappeared into the dense branches and flowers.
The expert was deeply concerned because she realized that she may have witnessed the existence of an intelligent species, and immediately reported her observation to the "three parties". Faced with this situation, the "three" also feel confused. They questioned how architects could have overlooked such a species in their supposed meticulous search for an inanimate planet. They believe that their leaders should be consulted first to avoid unfounded speculation.
However, after conveying the report, the "three parties" were surprised to find that the leaders ignored the case, citing that the architects' measurements of chemical characteristics were absolutely accurate, and that what the experts experienced was likely just a hallucination caused by heatstroke. But the 'three' are not easily believed, they do not accept this explanation, and together they realize that they have been blinded by lies throughout their lives. They finally realized that the architectural leaders only cared about promoting their own greed and empire expansion, showing no respect for extraterrestrial life.
The 'three' pondered deeply about the serious damage that this distorted dream could bring, and they speculated that other worlds may have also become victims of this dream. They speculate that any situation similar to their situation may have been suppressed before becoming known to the local public of the architect galaxy. Recalling the unexpected and completely failed colonial attempts in the architect's newsletter, the "three parties" infer that all of this was just a carefully planned scam. They refuse to accept the same fate, and in memory of the lives killed in the universe for revealing the truth, they decide to end the architect's mistake and give their planet a chance to prosper. After joint planning, the "three parties" have determined the only course of action: to destroy the Stargate and cut off contact with their former home.
Standing in front of the tall and powerful Titan mecha, "One" took out his energy stone and placed it on a platform in the center of Vitrius, which was precisely aligned with the orbital nodes in the sky. Two and three stood opposite each other and began to extract their energy stones at maximum power, directly targeting the energy stone of one. Then one aimed the energy stone at the sky and emitted a concentrated nova beam, destroying about one eighth of the outer ring of the interstellar gate, enough to render it ineffective. However, the "three" did not anticipate that the force stone alloy contained in the gate structure would cause a recoil effect, which ultimately led to a catastrophic explosion that far exceeded the scope of Vitrius.
The direct impact of the explosion is that all life in the explosion area is completely destroyed. But in a mysterious way, the shells of Vitrius and its inhabitants were preserved, as if the disturbance of dimensions only allowed the explosion to consume 90% of the material in the area, similar to a chemical reaction reaching saturation and stopping at the equilibrium point.
Although architects and colonizers never survived, the sacrifices of the "three" brought two positive changes to the Mekka universe. Firstly, the planets in the Mekka universe escaped their predetermined fate and were able to evolve freely according to the natural laws of the universe for millions of years to come. Secondly, all other interstellar gates were damaged by the impact of the nova beam, which passed through the node, causing some interstellar gates to fail and others to become unstable. On the planet Meica, a particular issue is that even if damaged, the great gate still generates arcs between the broken rings, triggering intermittent mysterious beams of light shining onto the surface of the planet. Every time the beam of light arrives, it brings species from other worlds that appear to be undamaged, while also having enough powerful stone fragments to resist thermal decomposition when crossing the atmosphere. The sources of these species and fragments appear random every time and are still unknown to this day. Although it is still uncertain, people speculate that the great gateway event may have torn open a permanent dimensional crack in the spacetime structure of the universe.
Although interstellar gates usually bring new life to the vicinity of Vitellius city, in rare cases, they may experience temporal and spatial displacement, potentially introducing hostile species into this relatively peaceful world.
This is an objective existence that the Mekka universe civilization has to accept, and there is enormous uncertainty in the Stargate.
Before the Mekka era, as evolution progressed, these transported species gradually diversified and eventually formed a typical ecosystem composed of predators and prey. Some top predators with extreme territorial awareness control about a quarter of the planet's surface, either restricted by the surging and vast oceans around them or restrained by more powerful species newly introduced through the interstellar gate. Due to this limited power confrontation, evolution was able to proceed normally on the remaining habitable land and ultimately developed intelligent human life. Over time, humanity has gone through various eras of technological advancement and ultimately shaped the Meica universe that we know today.
It is said that the legendary Mech Mech is driven by fragments of energy stones scattered on the planet Vitellius after the Stargate explosion, otherwise their seemingly endless power cannot be explained.
